  • 4 pieces tilapia fillets
  • 4 tablespoons butter Melted
  • 2 pieces lemons One juiced and one sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic Minced
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper
  • for garnish Fresh parsley

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a suitable baking dish, melt the butter and stir in minced garlic and the juice of one lemon.
  3. Coat tilapia fillets evenly in the buttery mixture and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Lay lemon slices on top of the fish.
Baking
  1. Bake for about 15-20 minutes or until the fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
Serving
  1. Remove from the oven and garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 2 days or freeze for up to 2 months. Reheat in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 10 minutes.
