Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a suitable baking dish, melt the butter and stir in minced garlic and the juice of one lemon.
- Coat tilapia fillets evenly in the buttery mixture and season with salt and pepper.
- Lay lemon slices on top of the fish.
Baking
- Bake for about 15-20 minutes or until the fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
Serving
- Remove from the oven and garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 2 days or freeze for up to 2 months. Reheat in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 10 minutes.
