  1. Boil Water: Begin by bringing 2 cups of water to a boil in a medium-sized pot.
  2. Add Ingredients: Once boiling, add the thinly sliced apple, sugar, and the cinnamon stick.
  3. Simmer: Reduce the heat and let the mixture simmer for about 10 minutes to meld flavors.
  4. Finishing Touch: Stir in the lemon juice just before removing from heat.
  5. Serve: Strain the tea into your favorite mug, and if desired, garnish with extra apple slices or a sprinkle of cinnamon.

Notes
