  • 2 pieces ripe kiwis, peeled and sliced
  • 2 cups watermelon, cubed and blended
  • 1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup (optional, for added sweetness) Use if you prefer sweeter popsicles.
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice Enhances flavor.

Preparation
  1. Blend the cubed watermelon in a blender until smooth to create a luscious watermelon puree.
  2. Pour the tablespoon of lime juice into the watermelon puree and mix well.
  3. If desired, mix in the honey or agave syrup for sweetness.
  4. Pour the watermelon puree halfway into the popsicle molds.
  5. Add the sliced kiwis evenly into the molds.
  6. Top off the molds with the remaining watermelon puree.
  7. Insert the popsicle sticks and freeze for at least 4-6 hours or until solid.
  8. Once frozen, remove popsicles from molds and enjoy!

Notes

For substitutions, you can replace kiwis with strawberries or mango, but note that it may alter the flavors and colors. Make sure to use sweet, ripe watermelon for the best taste. Store popsicles wrapped in parchment paper or in airtight containers for up to 2-3 weeks in the freezer.
