Ingredients
  

Fruits
  • 2 pieces ripe kiwis Choose ripe kiwis for sweetness.
  • 1 piece orange Freshly juiced for best flavor.
  • 1 piece lemon Freshly juiced for best flavor.
Liquid Base
  • 2 cups coconut water Hydrating base for the drink.
Sweetener (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons honey Adjust to taste.
Garnish
  • to taste pieces Mint leaves For garnish and aroma.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Wash all the fruits thoroughly under running water. Peel the kiwis and slice them in half. Cut the orange and lemon in half as well.
Juicing
  1. Using a juicer or a manual method, extract the juice from the orange and lemon halves. Set aside.
Blending
  1. In a blender, combine the sliced kiwis, freshly squeezed orange and lemon juice, and coconut water. If desired, add honey for sweetness.
  2. Blend the mixture on high speed until smooth. If it’s too thick, add a bit more coconut water.
Serving
  1. Pour the mixture into chilled glasses and top each serving with mint leaves.
  2. Serve immediately and enjoy the refreshing flavors.

Notes

For substitutions, ripe kiwis can be replaced with strawberries or mangoes. Make this drink right before serving for best freshness, though it can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours. Avoid freezing as it may alter the texture.
