Method
 

Cooking Steps
  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, heat the olive oil. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, sautéing until the onion is translucent.
  2. Add the ground chicken to the skillet, breaking it up with a spoon. Cook until the chicken is no longer pink, approximately 6-8 minutes.
  3. Stir in the diced bell pepper, paprika, cumin, and season with salt and pepper. Continue to cook for an additional 5 minutes or until the peppers are tender.
  4. Remove from heat and serve hot. Garnish with your favorite toppings like shredded cheese, sour cream, or avocado to elevate the flavors!

Notes

Cook evenly by breaking up the chicken well while sautéing. Spice it up with favorite herbs. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
