Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 1 cup key lime juice (fresh or bottled) Fresh is preferred for best flavor.
  • 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk One standard can.
  • 1 cup heavy cream Can substitute with coconut cream for a lighter option.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Graham cracker crumbs For garnish.

Method

Preparation
  1. In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine the key lime juice, sweetened condensed milk, heavy cream, and vanilla extract. Whisk until smooth.
  2. Carefully pour the cream mixture into popsicle molds, filling them about 3/4 full.
  3. Add a sprinkle of graham cracker crumbs on top of the mixture.
  4. Insert popsicle sticks into the center of each mold, if required.
  5. Place the molds in the freezer for at least 4-6 hours until completely solid.
  6. To remove the popsicles, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds and gently pull on the sticks.

Notes

Store them in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2-3 weeks. Customize by adding toppings like whipped cream or more graham cracker crumbs.
