Preparation
- In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine the key lime juice, sweetened condensed milk, heavy cream, and vanilla extract. Whisk until smooth.
- Carefully pour the cream mixture into popsicle molds, filling them about 3/4 full.
- Add a sprinkle of graham cracker crumbs on top of the mixture.
- Insert popsicle sticks into the center of each mold, if required.
- Place the molds in the freezer for at least 4-6 hours until completely solid.
- To remove the popsicles, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds and gently pull on the sticks.
Notes
Store them in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2-3 weeks. Customize by adding toppings like whipped cream or more graham cracker crumbs.
