  • 2 cups broccoli florets Fresh or frozen can be used.
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil For sautéing.
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced Fresh is recommended for best flavor.
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup beef broth Can substitute with chicken broth.
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce or coconut aminos Coconut aminos for gluten-free and low-sodium option.

  1. In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium-high flame.
  2. Add 1 pound of ground beef and break it apart with a spatula; sauté for about 5-7 minutes until browned.
  3. Add in the minced garlic and sauté for another 1-2 minutes, avoiding burning.
  4. Toss in the broccoli florets, stirring to combine with the beef; cook for another 3-5 minutes until vibrant and tender.
  5. Pour in beef broth and soy sauce, stirring well; let simmer for about 2-3 minutes.
  6. Add salt and black pepper to taste, mix well, and remove from heat.
  7. Plate hot, garnishing with optional toppings. Enjoy!

Notes

Substitutions: Ground turkey or chicken can be used. Watch broccoli closely to avoid overcooking. Add ginger or chili flakes for spiciness.
