  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese For topping.
  • 1 tablespoon butter For sautéing the garlic and shrimp.

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
  3. Toss in the shrimp, seasoning with salt and pepper. Cook until the shrimp turn pink, about 2-3 minutes.
  4. In a bowl, combine the heavy cream, half of the mozzarella, and half of the Parmesan to create a creamy sauce.
  5. Pour the cream mixture over the cooked shrimp in the skillet, ensuring they're well coated.
  6. Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan over the top.
  7. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
  8. Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh parsley. Serve hot.

Notes

For a different protein, swap shrimp for chicken or vegetables like zucchini. Don’t overcook the shrimp to avoid rubberiness. Ensure the cream doesn't boil before adding cheese to prevent curdling.
