- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
- Toss in the shrimp, seasoning with salt and pepper. Cook until the shrimp turn pink, about 2-3 minutes.
- In a bowl, combine the heavy cream, half of the mozzarella, and half of the Parmesan to create a creamy sauce.
- Pour the cream mixture over the cooked shrimp in the skillet, ensuring they're well coated.
- Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan over the top.
- Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh parsley. Serve hot.
Notes
For a different protein, swap shrimp for chicken or vegetables like zucchini. Don’t overcook the shrimp to avoid rubberiness. Ensure the cream doesn't boil before adding cheese to prevent curdling.
