Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). This step is crucial, so don’t skip it!
  2. Grate the zucchinis and squeeze out the excess moisture using a clean kitchen towel to avoid a soggy quiche.
  3. In a non-stick skillet, sauté the chopped onion for about 5 minutes until translucent and fragrant.
Mixing
  1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, cream cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  2. Fold in the grated zucchini, sautéed onion, and shredded cheese with a spatula.
