  • 1 lb ground beef You can substitute with ground turkey or chicken if desired.
  • 1/2 cup chopped onions
  • 1/2 cup chopped bell peppers
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
Other
  • 4 large sheets aluminum foil For wrapping the packets

Preparation
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 360°F (182°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, chopped onions, chopped bell peppers, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until everything is well incorporated.
Cooking
  1. Lay out the four sheets of aluminum foil. Divide the beef mixture evenly among the sheets and form the foil into packets, folding the edges tightly to secure the mixture inside.
  2. Place the foil packets into the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for about 15-20 minutes, depending on how well-done you like your beef.
  3. After the packets are cooked, carefully open the foil and sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over each packet. Return to the air fryer for an additional 3-5 minutes until the cheese melts.
