  • 4 pieces chicken thighs Tender and juicy
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese Sharp cheese for flavor
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix For coating
  • 1/2 cup sour cream Creamy topping
  • to taste Salt and pepper For seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil For greasing the baking dish

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Rinse the chicken thighs under cold water and pat them dry with a paper towel.
  3. In a bowl, mix the ranch seasoning, salt, and pepper. Rub this mixture all over the chicken thighs.
  4. In another bowl, combine the sour cream and half of the shredded cheddar cheese.
Assembly
  1. Drizzle olive oil at the bottom of a baking dish. Place the seasoned chicken thighs in the dish.
  2. Spread the sour cream mixture over the chicken thighs and sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese on top.
Baking
  1. Bake the dish in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the cheese is golden and bubbly.
