Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Rinse the chicken thighs under cold water and pat them dry with a paper towel.
- In a bowl, mix the ranch seasoning, salt, and pepper. Rub this mixture all over the chicken thighs.
- In another bowl, combine the sour cream and half of the shredded cheddar cheese.
Assembly
- Drizzle olive oil at the bottom of a baking dish. Place the seasoned chicken thighs in the dish.
- Spread the sour cream mixture over the chicken thighs and sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese on top.
Baking
- Bake the dish in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the cheese is golden and bubbly.
