Preparation
- In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef with salt, black pepper, and any optional seasonings like garlic or onion powder. Mix gently; don’t overwork the meat!
- Divide the mixture into four equal portions and form patties using your hands, making them about an inch thick and creating a small indent in the center to prevent puffing while cooking.
Cooking
- Preheat your grill or stovetop pan over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on one side, then flip and add cheese if using. Cook for an additional 3-4 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
- While the patties are cooking, lightly toast the burger buns on a separate pan or grill for a minute or two until golden brown.
Assembly
- Place the cooked patties on the toasted buns and add your desired toppings: lettuce, tomato slices, pickles, and onions. Top with any condiments you like!
Serving
- Serve the Juicy Ultimate Beef Burgers immediately with your favorite sides, such as fries or a fresh salad.
Notes
For substitutions, feel free to use Halal ground turkey or chicken, just adjust cooking times. Avoid overcooking to maintain juiciness and rest the patties before assembling. Experiment with different toppings for variety.
