Method
 

Preparation
  1. Season chicken breasts with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper, ensuring every inch is covered for maximum flavor.
Cooking
  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the seasoned chicken and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and fully cooked.
  2. Remove from heat and let rest for a few minutes before slicing.
Assembly
  1. Slice open the sandwich rolls and lightly toast them in the skillet or oven until golden.
  2. Spread a layer of mayonnaise on each roll, add sliced chicken, followed by avocado, lettuce, and your choice of salsa.
