- In a mixing bowl, soften the cream cheese if necessary and then mix in the Italian seasoning.
- Take a tortilla and spread a generous layer of the seasoned cream cheese mixture over the entire surface.
- Layer the salami and pepperoni evenly on top of the cream cheese. Add a handful of olives and chopped lettuce over the meats.
- Starting from one edge, carefully roll the tortilla tightly to create a log shape.
- Use a sharp knife to slice the roll into 1-inch thick pieces.
- Arrange your Italian pinwheels on a platter and they’re ready to be served.
Notes
To keep the dish Halal-friendly, consider using turkey or chicken-based deli meats. Roll pinwheels a few hours before serving and store in plastic wrap in the refrigerator for best results.
