Preparation
- Start by laying out your large tortillas on a clean cutting board or counter.
- Use a spatula or the back of a spoon to spread a generous layer of cream cheese over each tortilla.
- Add your sliced turkey or chicken evenly over the cream cheese, followed by the sliced salami or other Halal deli meat.
- Scatter the baby spinach and sliced bell peppers on top.
- Lightly drizzle some Italian dressing over the layered ingredients.
- Carefully roll the tortilla tightly from one end to the other, making sure to keep the filling securely inside.
- Using a sharp knife, slice the rolled tortilla into 1-inch sections.
- Arrange the pinwheels on a platter and serve immediately, or refrigerate for later.
Notes
You can keep the pinwheels fresh by storing them in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. For freezing, wrap tightly in plastic wrap and place in a freezer-safe bag for up to 1 month.
