Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, chopped parsley, egg, oregano, salt, and pepper. Use your hands to mix until just combined.
- Take a small portion of the mixture and roll it into a ball, about the size of a golf ball. Place them on a lined baking sheet.
Cooking
- Bake the meatballs in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until they are golden brown and cooked through.
- Transfer the meatballs to a pot and cover them with marinara sauce. Let them simmer on low heat for 10 minutes.
- Serve your Italian Meatballs over spaghetti, in a sub, or just as they are with a sprinkle of fresh parsley on top.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 3 months. Reheat in a saucepan with a splash of marinara sauce to maintain moisture.
