Preparation
  1. Brew your favorite coffee.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the heavy cream, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla extract. Whisk until slightly thickened.
  3. Carefully fold in the brewed coffee into the cream mixture.
  4. Pour the mixture into cups and top with chocolate shavings or cover and refrigerate for about an hour before serving.
  5. Serve immediately or enjoy chilled.

Notes

For a dairy-free alternative, use coconut cream. Make the dessert ahead to allow flavors to meld. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
