Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). A hot oven ensures a beautifully crisp crust!
- On a lightly floured surface, roll out the pizza dough into a round shape, about ½ inch thick. Transfer it to a greased baking sheet or pizza stone.
- In a small bowl, combine the sugar, brown sugar, and ground cinnamon.
- Brush the melted butter over the pizza dough evenly.
- Evenly sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mixture over the brushed dough.
Baking
- Place the pizza in the preheated oven and bake for about 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and crispy.
- Remove from the oven and allow to cool for a few minutes. Spread softened cream cheese on top (if using) and add any additional toppings like fresh fruits or chocolate chips.
- Slice and serve warm!
Notes
