Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Spread the pretzel twists out in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
Making the Caramel Sauce
- In a medium saucepan, combine the brown sugar, butter, corn syrup, vanilla, and salt.
- Heat over medium heat, stirring constantly until the mixture comes to a boil. Allow to boil for about 4–5 minutes without stirring until it thickens slightly.
Baking
- Immediately pour the hot caramel sauce over the pretzels, spreading it out slightly to ensure all pretzels are coated.
- Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 10 minutes.
Cooling and Serving
- Remove from the oven and let them cool completely on the baking sheet.
- Once cooled, break them apart along the pretzel lines and serve or store!
Notes
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to one week or freeze for 2-3 months. Best served at room temperature.
