- Brew one cup of your favorite coffee. The stronger, the better.
- In a small saucepan over medium heat, gently heat 1/2 cup of milk, stirring occasionally to prevent burning.
- Once the milk is heated, add 2 tablespoons of sugar and a dash of cardamom powder. Stir until the sugar dissolves.
- In your favorite mug, pour in the brewed coffee first.
- Slowly pour the milk mixture over the coffee, allowing it to blend.
- Finish off with a light dusting of cocoa powder on top.
Notes
For best results, use high-quality coffee beans. If you're experimenting, try adding cinnamon or vanilla extract for extra flavor. Store any leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days; reheat gently on the stove.
