  • 1 cup strong brewed coffee Use your favorite coffee for best results.
  • 1/2 cup milk Can substitute with almond or oat milk.
  • 2 tablespoons sugar Adjust according to taste.
  • to taste cardamom powder For that authentic Indian flavor.
  • for garnish cocoa powder Dust on top before serving.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Brew one cup of your favorite coffee. The stronger, the better.
  2. In a small saucepan over medium heat, gently heat 1/2 cup of milk, stirring occasionally to prevent burning.
  3. Once the milk is heated, add 2 tablespoons of sugar and a dash of cardamom powder. Stir until the sugar dissolves.
  4. In your favorite mug, pour in the brewed coffee first.
  5. Slowly pour the milk mixture over the coffee, allowing it to blend.
  6. Finish off with a light dusting of cocoa powder on top.

Notes

For best results, use high-quality coffee beans. If you're experimenting, try adding cinnamon or vanilla extract for extra flavor. Store any leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days; reheat gently on the stove.
