Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) to ensure even baking.

Baking
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Making the Icing
- While the bars are baking, whisk together powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.
Cooling and Serving
- Once baked, let the bars cool completely before spreading the icing on top.
