- Pour the watermelon puree into a shallow container and place it in the freezer. Chill for about 2-3 hours, stirring every 30 minutes to break up ice crystals.
- Once the sorbet is fully frozen (scoopable but fluffy), serve using an ice cream scoop or spoon. Garnish with a mint leaf if desired.
