Dressing
  • ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

Preparation
  1. Wash the mixed greens thoroughly. Drain and dry them well.
  2. Core and slice the Honeycrisp apples into thin slices.
Dressing Preparation
