Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Peel the carrots and slice them into uniform sticks or rounds, about ½-inch thick.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together honey, olive oil, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
- Add the carrot pieces to the bowl and toss them in the honey mixture until every piece is nicely coated.
Cooking
- Spread the glazed carrots in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and roast the carrots for about 20-25 minutes, turning them halfway through, until they are tender and caramelized.
