 - Mix until just combined; be careful not to overwork the meat.
 - Shape the mixture into patties (about 1/2 inch thick).

- Preheat a grill or skillet on medium heat and lightly grease.
 - Cook the patties for about 5-6 minutes on each side, or until cooked through and golden brown.
 - Serve on whole wheat buns, topped with lettuce and tomato, and drizzle with additional honey mustard if desired.
