  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 1 piece avocado, diced Fresh avocado enhances flavor.
  • 2 cups cooked rice Use your favorite kind.
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped For garnish.
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

Marination
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine honey, lime juice, salt, and pepper. Whisk until well mixed.
  2. Add the chicken breasts and marinate for at least 15 minutes to soak up that delicious flavor.
Cooking Chicken
  1. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the marinated chicken breasts and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and golden brown. Ensure the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
