Cooking
- Heat olive oil in a nonstick skillet over medium heat.
- Add the tofu cubes and cook for about 6-8 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
- Occasionally flip the tofu to ensure even browning.
Making the Sauce
- In a separate bowl, mix together honey, minced garlic, and soy sauce.
- Pour this mixture over the cooked tofu, gently stirring to coat all the cubes.
Final Touch
- Allow the tofu to simmer in the sauce for about 2-3 minutes.
- Plate your Honey Garlic Tofu and garnish with chopped green onions.
Notes
For storing leftovers, keep in an airtight container for 3-4 days. Reheat in a skillet for best texture.
