Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) to ensure even cooking.
 - In a small bowl, mix together the honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, and olive oil until well combined.
 - Lay out four pieces of aluminum foil (about 12 inches long each) on a baking sheet.
 - On each piece of foil, place a salmon fillet and season it with salt and pepper.
 - Generously drizzle the honey garlic mixture over each fillet, making sure to coat them well. If you like, add lemon slices on top for extra zest!
 - Fold the sides of the foil over the salmon, creating a sealed packet that will trap in moisture and flavor.
 - Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for about 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
 - Carefully open the foil packets (watch out for steam), garnish with chopped parsley, and serve hot.

Notes
Feel free to customize your sauce by adding a dash of chili flakes for heat! Always check for doneness by ensuring the salmon flakes easily.
