  1. Gather all your ingredients: dice the garlic, chop the green onions, and get the honey ready.
Cooking
  1. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat until it shimmers.
  2. Add the ground turkey to the skillet, breaking it apart with a wooden spoon. Cook for about 5-7 minutes until browned.
  3. Add the minced garlic to the turkey during the last minute of cooking.
  4. Drizzle in the honey and soy sauce, mixing everything together gently. Let it simmer for 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
  5. Taste and adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper, then finish with a sprinkle of green onions.
  6. Serve warm over rice, in lettuce wraps, or as part of a grain bowl.
