- Start by gathering all your ingredients. Mince the garlic and ginger, and chop the green onions to have everything ready for cooking.
- In a large skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat, swirling it around to coat the bottom of the pan evenly.
- Once the oil is hot, add the ground chicken, breaking it apart using a spatula. Cook until the chicken is no longer pink, approximately 5-7 minutes.
- When the chicken is fully cooked, add the minced garlic and ginger to the skillet. Cook for another 2 minutes, until fragrant.
- Pour in the honey and soy sauce. Stir everything together, allowing the sauce to saturate the chicken. Let it simmer for approximately 5-10 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
