Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Place the salmon fillets in a baking dish and pour the honey garlic marinade over them, ensuring they are evenly coated. Let it marinate for about 15 minutes.
Cooking
- Once marinated, place the baking dish in the preheated oven. Bake for 15–20 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
- If desired, serve the salmon with fresh lemon wedges and an extra drizzle of sauce from the baking dish.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. For longer storage, freeze the cooked salmon for up to 3 months. Reheat gently in the oven at 350°F (175°C).
