- In a mixing bowl, combine the honey, chipotle sauce, and lime juice. Give it a good stir until well mixed.

- Heat each tortilla in a dry skillet over medium heat for about 30 seconds on each side, or until warm and pliable.
- Lay each tortilla down flat, and add a portion of the honey chipotle chicken mixture in the center. Top with lettuce, diced tomatoes, and shredded cheese.
- Fold in the sides and roll the wrap tightly from the bottom up, enclosing all the delicious fillings inside.

Notes
These Honey Chipotle Chicken Wraps can be prepared in advance and stored in the fridge for up to 3 days. To reheat, use a microwave for about 1-2 minutes or warm in a skillet on low heat. For a crispy texture, grill them for a few minutes.
