Ingredients
  

For the Sauce
  • 1/4 cup honey Sweetness to offset the spice!
  • 2 tablespoons chipotle sauce Adjust according to your spice preference.
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice For a burst of freshness.
Main Ingredients
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded This can be rotisserie chicken or chicken breast that you’ve cooked ahead of time.
  • 4 large tortillas Whole wheat or your preferred type works great!
  • 1 cup lettuce, chopped Adds a refreshing crunch.
  • 1/2 cup tomatoes, diced Juicy and packed with flavor.
  • 1/2 cup cheese, shredded A gooey, melty delight!

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the honey, chipotle sauce, and lime juice. Give it a good stir until well mixed.
  2. In a separate bowl, add the shredded chicken. Pour the honey chipotle sauce over it and mix until the chicken is well-coated.
  3. Heat each tortilla in a dry skillet over medium heat for about 30 seconds on each side, or until warm and pliable.
  4. Lay each tortilla down flat, and add a portion of the honey chipotle chicken mixture in the center. Top with lettuce, diced tomatoes, and shredded cheese.
  5. Fold in the sides and roll the wrap tightly from the bottom up, enclosing all the delicious fillings inside.
  6. Enjoy your wraps as is, or lightly grill them for a crispy finish! Serve warm.

Notes

These Honey Chipotle Chicken Wraps can be prepared in advance and stored in the fridge for up to 3 days. To reheat, use a microwave for about 1-2 minutes or warm in a skillet on low heat. For a crispy texture, grill them for a few minutes.
