  • 1 pound Pizza Dough (store-bought or homemade) Ensure dough is at room temperature for easy handling.
  • ½ cup Pizza Sauce Consider using homemade pizza sauce for the freshest flavor.
  • 2 cups Mozzarella Cheese, shredded Generously sprinkle over the dough.
  • 1 cup Halal Pepperoni Slices or any preferred toppings Feel free to customize with different toppings.
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil For brushing the tops of the rolls.
  • 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning Sprinkle on top for extra flavor.

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface into a rectangle, about ¼ inch thick.
  3. Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the rolled-out dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
  4. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese generously and arrange your preferred toppings.
  5. Starting from one of the long edges, carefully roll the dough into a log shape.
  6. Slice the roll into bite-sized pieces, about 1-2 inches wide.
  7. Arrange the pizza rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. Brush the tops with olive oil and sprinkle Italian seasoning for extra flavor.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly.
  10. Let them cool for a few moments before serving with extra pizza sauce on the side for dipping.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days, or freeze for up to 3 months. Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for 10-15 minutes.
