- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface into a rectangle, about ¼ inch thick.
- Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the rolled-out dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
- Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese generously and arrange your preferred toppings.
- Starting from one of the long edges, carefully roll the dough into a log shape.
- Slice the roll into bite-sized pieces, about 1-2 inches wide.
- Arrange the pizza rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the tops with olive oil and sprinkle Italian seasoning for extra flavor.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly.
- Let them cool for a few moments before serving with extra pizza sauce on the side for dipping.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days, or freeze for up to 3 months. Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for 10-15 minutes.
