Ingredients
  

Peach Filling
  • 4 cups sliced fresh peaches Make sure your peaches are ripe for the best flavor.
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Crust and Topping
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted Can substitute with coconut oil or vegetable oil for dairy-free.
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the sliced peaches with lemon juice, granulated sugar, and cinnamon. Set this aside.
  3. In another bowl, mix the flour, oats, brown sugar, melted butter, and salt until crumbly.
  4. Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish. Press half of the crumb mixture into the bottom, then spread the peach filling over it.
  5. Sprinkle the remaining crumble mixture over the peach filling.
Baking
  1. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the topping is golden brown and peaches are bubbly.
  2. Allow to cool in the dish for at least 20 minutes before slicing.

Notes

Feel free to mix in blueberries or raspberries. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days, or freeze for up to 3 months.
