Preparation
- Start by shredding or slicing your cooked chicken breast. Dice your veggies: tomatoes, cucumber, and bell peppers.
- On medium heat, place a wrap on a pan for about 20 seconds on each side, just until warm and pliable.
- Spread a generous layer of hummus or dressing on the wrap. Layer with the chicken and vibrant veggies.
- Sprinkle salt and pepper across your layered ingredients. Optionally, add shredded cheese.
- Start folding the sides inward and then roll from the bottom to the top tightly.
- Slice your wrap in half diagonally and arrange beautifully on a plate.
Notes
Wrap each lunch wrap tightly in plastic wrap or store in an airtight container. Lasts up to 3 days in the fridge.
