  • 1/2 cup milk (or milk alternative) Can substitute with almond, oat, or soy milk.
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
  • 2 tablespoons sugar (or sweetener to taste) Adjust based on preference.
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin spice Can substitute with a mix of cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger.
  • ice cubes For serving.
  • whipped cream (optional) For topping, if desired.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Brew one cup of your favorite coffee.
  2. In a blender, combine the brewed coffee, milk, pumpkin puree, sugar, vanilla extract, and pumpkin spice.
  3. Blend the mixture on medium speed for about 30 seconds, or until well combined and creamy.
  4. Fill a glass halfway with ice cubes.
  5. Pour your blended mixture over the ice. For an extra special touch, add whipped cream on top and sprinkle with a dash of pumpkin spice.
  6. Grab a straw or a spoon, and enjoy your homemade delight!

Notes

Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in a saucepan without boiling for a warm alternative.
