Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 2 pounds chicken wings
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste To season the wings
  • Chopped parsley for garnish (optional) For serving

Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. If whole, separate the wingette from the drumette using a sharp knife. Pat wings dry with paper towels.
Sauce Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, and garlic powder. Whisk until blended.
Wing Preparation
  1. Toss the dried wings with salt and pepper in a large bowl. Pour the garlic butter mixture over the wings and mix until evenly coated.
  2. Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the chicken wings and toss to ensure full coverage.
Baking
  1. Arrange the wings in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Serving
  1. Once golden and crispy, remove from the oven and sprinkle with chopped parsley if desired. Serve immediately.

Notes

For a different flavor, try using a blend of Asiago cheese. Keep wings spaced out on the baking sheet for better crispiness. You can also broil for a few minutes after baking for extra crunch.
