Ingredients
Method
Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- If whole, separate the wingette from the drumette using a sharp knife. Pat wings dry with paper towels.
Sauce Preparation
- In a mixing bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, and garlic powder. Whisk until blended.
Wing Preparation
- Toss the dried wings with salt and pepper in a large bowl. Pour the garlic butter mixture over the wings and mix until evenly coated.
- Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the chicken wings and toss to ensure full coverage.
Baking
- Arrange the wings in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Serving
- Once golden and crispy, remove from the oven and sprinkle with chopped parsley if desired. Serve immediately.
Notes
For a different flavor, try using a blend of Asiago cheese. Keep wings spaced out on the baking sheet for better crispiness. You can also broil for a few minutes after baking for extra crunch.
