Ingredients
  

For the Lemonade Base
  • 2 cups fresh lemon juice Juice from approximately 8-10 lemons.
  • 1 cup granulated sugar Adjust sweetness to taste.
  • 2 cups water Used to dissolve sugar.
For Blending
  • 4 cups ice Use solid ice cubes for optimal texture.
  • 1 few slices Lemon slices for garnish For presentation.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Juice the fresh lemons until you have about 2 cups of juice, ensuring there are no seeds.
  2. In a large pitcher, combine the granulated sugar and 2 cups of water, stirring until the sugar is completely dissolved.
  3. Add the freshly squeezed lemon juice to the sugar-water mixture and stir until well combined.
  4. Place 4 cups of ice in a blender and pour in the lemonade mixture from the pitcher.
  5. Blend everything together until it's icy and smooth, resembling a thick slushy texture.
  6. Pour the frozen lemonade into glasses and garnish with lemon slices. Enjoy immediately.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer and consume within a week for best flavor. Re-blend after thawing if it hardens.
