Homemade Freezer Pops

A delightful and customizable frozen treat perfect for summer, using your choice of juice, fresh fruit, and optional yogurt for creaminess.

Ingredients
  

Popsicle Base
  • 2 cups juice (such as fruit juice or lemonade)
  • 1 cup yogurt (optional for creaminess) Can be omitted for a non-dairy version.
  • to taste Sweetener (honey or sugar, optional) Adjust according to your preference.
Fresh Fruit (optional)
  • as desired Fresh fruit pieces (berries, mangoes, bananas, etc.) Chop into small pieces before adding.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Choose your favorite juice and pour it into a mixing bowl. If using yogurt, add it to the bowl.
  2. Taste the mixture and add sweetener if desired.
  3. Chop some of your favorite fruits and mix them into the juice-yogurt mixture.
Assembly
  1. Pour the mixture into freezer-safe popsicle molds, leaving some space at the top.
  2. Insert sticks if your molds do not come with lids.
Freezing
  1. Place the molds in the freezer and allow them to freeze for at least 4-6 hours.
Serving
  1. Run warm water over the outside of the molds to help release the pops when ready.
  2. Enjoy your Homemade Freezer Pops immediately!

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2-3 months. Consume within a few weeks for best flavor.
