Method
Preparation
- Choose your favorite juice and pour it into a mixing bowl. If using yogurt, add it to the bowl.
- Taste the mixture and add sweetener if desired.
- Chop some of your favorite fruits and mix them into the juice-yogurt mixture.
Assembly
- Pour the mixture into freezer-safe popsicle molds, leaving some space at the top.
- Insert sticks if your molds do not come with lids.
Freezing
- Place the molds in the freezer and allow them to freeze for at least 4-6 hours.
Serving
- Run warm water over the outside of the molds to help release the pops when ready.
- Enjoy your Homemade Freezer Pops immediately!
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2-3 months. Consume within a few weeks for best flavor.
