Freezing
- Pour the mixture into an airtight container and smooth the top.
- Cover it with a lid or plastic wrap to prevent ice crystals from forming.
- Place the container in the freezer for at least 4-6 hours or until firm.
Serving
- Once ready, scoop out the ice cream and serve in bowls, cones, or as a topping for brownies.
Notes
For a dairy-free version, substitute heavy cream with almond or coconut milk. Avoid overmixing to keep the texture light.
