  • 2 cups heavy cream Use full-fat cream for best results.
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk This acts as a sweetener and base.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract Enhances the flavor.
Cookie Dough Mix-ins
  • 1 cup cookie dough (store-bought or homemade) Chop into smaller pieces for even distribution.
  • Chocolate chips (optional) Add for extra chocolate flavor.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the heavy cream, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla extract. Use an electric mixer to whip the mixture until it reaches soft peaks.
  2. Gently fold in the cookie dough until evenly distributed.
  3. If using, sprinkle in chocolate chips and fold them in carefully.
Freezing
  1. Pour the mixture into an airtight container and smooth the top.
  2. Cover it with a lid or plastic wrap to prevent ice crystals from forming.
  3. Place the container in the freezer for at least 4-6 hours or until firm.
Serving
  1. Once ready, scoop out the ice cream and serve in bowls, cones, or as a topping for brownies.

Notes

For a dairy-free version, substitute heavy cream with almond or coconut milk. Avoid overmixing to keep the texture light.
