  • 4 large Tortillas or Wraps Use warm for best texture.
  • 1 cup Lettuce, shredded Crisp variety recommended.
  • 1 large Tomato, sliced Fresh and juicy.
  • 1 cup Cheese, shredded Your choice.
  • 1 small Onion, finely chopped For flavor.
  • ½ cup Pickles, sliced Add tangy flavor.
  • ½ cup Special Sauce (mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard) Mix to taste.

Preparation
  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef for 7-10 minutes until fully browned, breaking it apart with a spatula.
  2. Add salt and pepper to taste while cooking.
  3. While the beef is cooking, warm your tortillas in a skillet or microwave until soft and pliable.
Assembly
  1. Start with a tortilla, layer in cooked beef, then add shredded lettuce, sliced tomatoes, onions, pickles, and a drizzle of special sauce.
  2. Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll it up tightly from the bottom to the top.
  3. Slice in half if desired, and serve immediately.

Notes

You can substitute ground beef for ground chicken or turkey. Avoid overfilling wraps to ensure easier wrapping. Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 2 days.
