Preparation
- In a mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix well.
- Add Greek yogurt and olive oil to the dry ingredients. Stir until a dough starts to form.
Kneading
- Transfer the dough onto a lightly floured surface. Knead it for about 1-2 minutes until smooth. If sticky, add more flour as needed.
Shaping
- Divide the dough into four equal sections. Roll each piece into a 6 inch long rope and form a circle, pinching the ends to seal.
Preparing to Cook
- Preheat your air fryer to 300°F (150°C). While it's heating, whisk an egg in a small bowl for egg wash.
- Brush the mini bagels with the egg wash and sprinkle your desired toppings on top.
Cooking
- Place the bagels in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure to leave space between them. Cook for about 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown.
Serving
- Remove the mini bagels from the air fryer and let them cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy fresh with your favorite toppings!
Notes
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for 2 days or refrigerate for up to a week. Freezes well. To reheat, air fry for 2-3 minutes at 300°F (150°C).
