  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/4 cup sweetener of choice (like honey, agave, or sugar substitute)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, protein powder, baking powder, and cinnamon. Stir until well mixed.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix Greek yogurt, applesauce, almond milk, sweetener, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Gradually add the wet mixture to dry ingredients, stirring until a soft dough forms.
  5. On a lightly floured surface, roll out the dough into a rectangle about 1/2 inch thick.
  6. Spread additional cinnamon and sweetener on top, roll tightly, and slice into 1-2 inch pieces.
Baking
  1. Place the rolls in a greased baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
  2. Let them cool slightly before serving.
