- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese, eggs, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, baking powder, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt. Mix well until smooth.
- Fold in the oats and blueberries gently until evenly distributed.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly.
Baking
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
