Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish with a little oil or non-stick spray.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese, eggs, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, baking powder, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt. Mix well until smooth.
  3. Fold in the oats and blueberries gently until evenly distributed.
  4. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly.
Baking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for about 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
