  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt Or to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper Or to taste
Main ingredients
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes (halved)

Method

Preparation
  1. Start by rinsing the cherry tomatoes under cold running water. Pat them dry with a clean towel, then cut each tomato in half. Place them in a medium-sized mixing bowl.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine the olive oil, chopped basil, oregano, thyme, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Stir until well mixed.
  3. Pour the marinade over the halved cherry tomatoes. Gently toss to ensure that each tomato is coated in the herb-infused oil.
  4. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or a lid and let the tomatoes marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. For the best flavor, aim for about 2 hours.
  5. After marinating, transfer the tomatoes to your serving dish. Drizzle any remaining marinade over the top and enjoy!
