  1. Begin by cutting the watermelon in half lengthwise.
  2. Lay one half flat on your cutting board.

  4. Aim for about ¼ to ½ inch thickness for that crunchy bite.
  5. Drizzle the watermelon 'fries' with lime juice.

  7. Top with freshly chopped mint leaves.
