Preparation
  1. Peel the bananas and cut them in half. Insert a popsicle stick into each half’s cut end.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the dark chocolate chips and coconut oil (if using). Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring after each until melted.
Assembly
  1. Dip each banana pop into the melted chocolate, ensuring it's completely covered.
  2. Sprinkle your desired toppings over the chocolate-covered bananas before they harden.
  3. Place the pops onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and freeze for at least 2 hours.
Serving
  1. Enjoy your pops immediately after freezing or store them in an airtight container in the freezer.
