- Peel the bananas and cut them in half. Insert a popsicle stick into each half’s cut end.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the dark chocolate chips and coconut oil (if using). Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring after each until melted.
Assembly
- Dip each banana pop into the melted chocolate, ensuring it's completely covered.
- Sprinkle your desired toppings over the chocolate-covered bananas before they harden.
- Place the pops onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and freeze for at least 2 hours.
Serving
- Enjoy your pops immediately after freezing or store them in an airtight container in the freezer.
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the freezer for about two months. No need to reheat; take them straight from the freezer and enjoy!
