  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare the cauliflower rice and ensure the chicken is cooked and shredded.

  1. In a medium skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the broccoli florets and sauté for about 3-4 minutes until they start to soften.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked cauliflower rice, shredded chicken, sautéed broccoli, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish. Spread it evenly and top with shredded cheese.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  5. Let it sit for a few minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld. Enjoy your warm meal!
