Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the mashed bananas and almond butter until smooth.
- Stir in the chopped dates, rolled oats, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt until evenly mixed.
Baking
- Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart. Flatten them slightly for a uniform bake.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the edges are golden and slightly crisp.
- Allow to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week. Best enjoyed fresh or reheated in an air fryer.
