Preparation
- Slice your bagels in half and toast them until golden brown, about 3–4 minutes.
- Heat olive oil in a non-stick frying pan over medium heat. Add the sliced halloumi and cook for 2–3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Scoop out the avocado into a bowl and mash it lightly with a fork. Add a pinch of salt and pepper.
- Spread the mashed avocado on each half of the bagel, layer with crispy halloumi, and finish with a drizzle of honey.
- Plate your Halloumi, Honey & Avocado Bagel and enjoy!
